How to get rid of surveys online?

I really hate those sites that make you fill out a giant form asking for your ADDRESS when you just want to download a file. Anyone know how to circumvent these? Also don't tell me to disable javascript, it doesn't work. I found a program that claims to do it, but it requires a survey to download, not to mention it seems really shady.

get a google voice, put in that number
