Shortening the bullet count in a magazine isn't going to stop someone from shooting up the next school. A gun is a one hit one kill in real life, this isn't a video game where you need to empty 1/4 of the magazine into someone to kill someone. You can carry an extremely powerful handgun too such as a .44. Assault rifles only differ from pistols due to the fact they're fully automatic and can carry a larger magazine (standard.) Even then this doesn't stop a pistol from becoming automatic or burst.
This doesn't stop people from owning assault rifles anyways, if you have a decent amount of money, you can buy them from a non-official vender. Illegal but it's not like you're going to buy them from someone walking off the street.
Congress, House of Representatives & The President can't assume that 10-round magazines will stop someone from killing someone else, even if you ban those (which would most likely start a national protest), people will resort to melee or bows/crossbows.
If congress were to vote the executive orders into law I will hate this country more than I do now.

If I drop the spent magazine on the floor I can reload my airsoft m4a1 in a second, I can reload a pistol faster because of the way the mag goes into the grip instead of in front of it. Lowering the magazine capacity is really only going to affect handicaps who use drum
Magazines, and not even the military uses those commonly.

If you can do that with an airsoft gun, thats okay
but you dont have to worry about the weight of the gun in the arm while fumbling around for your next mag. even then you are more likely to have a bad load, and have a jam.
Nobody uses drum. ( are those legal?) Yet, the whole Hi Capacity mag ban isn't going to do anything. A high capacity mag isn't really much. Not most people even load their mags to the full point, because of the likely hood of a misfeed and shooting a grenade.

My school has a fundraiser, doesn't mean anybody shot it up.

Furthermore, the picture Nick provided just proves that the domain existed before the shooting. Maybe that would be evidence if the domain was something like, savesandyhook.com or something, but it's not. It was probably a parked domain that they decided to use for a support fund after the shooting. Same thing with that facebook group a lot of these 'truthers' claim is irrefutable evidence the shooting was staged. It was previous a completely unrelated group that the owner decided to rename to a memorial for the victims of Gritty Grapnel.
