And you are forced to leave because of zombies near you... (All your family members and pets are gone. Probably dead or zombies.) What would you take with you on your journey? (From your house, things that you own right now.) Be realistic please. No tanks and atomic bombs and stuff.

I would take my school backpack

A mechanical watch (So I can tell which way North is)
4 Canned Foods
4 Water Bottles
Matches
Lighter
A small pole (As a weapon)
Medicine and stuff like that
My Phone + Charger (Who knows. The internet or phone sattelites might still be up)
2 Flashlights (1 that you crank and 1 with batteries)
9 Volt Battery
Exacto Knife
Kitchen Knife
Rope
2 pair of socks
Pencil and Pen
Paper
Some sort of information about me. Like ID or whatever
A whistle
Jeans
Boots
Hat
Balaclava
T-Shirt with a cozy sweater over it

And then my plan is go loot some major stores that sells guns. Take one and ammo and head north until I see people.

I would honestly try and survive but if I end up not finding anybody I would probably go insane or something and kill myself.
I would most likely die in the process of finding someone anyways.

I'd laugh if it wasn't depressing the only joke you could make was directly related to a recent media release and a generic evaluation of New Zealand terrain. At least you didn't say sheep.

The generic sheeple that browse this forum would probably laugh at it, I doubt natives to your archipelago would.

Then again, for all I know, NZ could be arid badlands and lava lakes. I've never personally been there.
