Get an empty CD/DVD, Windows should be able to handle the writing itself. When you've booted the disc, DO NOT choose install. Select that you just want to try it out.

You can burn the iso on a cd or put it on a flash drive.

Windows 7+ can burn ISOs to CD/DVDs, but not write them to a flash drive without an external program.

You don't have to install anything. There's an option to run it from the SD card or flash drive.
