A 660ti is far, far better than a GTX 275.

I know but for most games they tend to be iffy.  When I had a 9800GT my game still struggled with Crysis 1.

I'm not worried about it running on computers. Min specs mention an Intel HD 3000 so I should be able to run on pretty much anything, even my laptop.

This game is priced far higher than other Sin City titles on release though. It's not surprising since it's a big budget AAA title by EA now, but I don't feel like dropping $60 on it so I'll wait a few months I think. Hopefully they'll have all their patches out by then.

I don't think you need to preorder.  I haven't preordered because like you I really don't feel the need to drop $60, especially when I don't even have a real income.
