they've already announced that, it'll be at E3 2013

What is Wii Street U?

After a search, it appears to be a street viewer app powered by Google. It lets you tilt the gamepad to see a 360º view of stuff on any road. It looks like a cool reality-ish simulator to demonstrate the capabilities of the Wii U. Also, it's free.

Its a google maps powered panorama view thingy that lets you move around locations and use the gamepad screen to look at the street view. Its like a little gate to another world.

I hope they will make more like a Sunshine mario than the 64 one. I'd rather play something original than do the old thing over again. I hope it comes with an actual storyline this time, since the 3D marios have gotten something on that path in the latest 3D Mario games. (Mario 3D land doesn't count).

Now that I think about it, a Sunshine-like Mario would be great. I can now remember how much fun I had playing Sunshine.
