Author Topic: Stolen Blockland Plans  (Read 2326 times)

Hey everybody. I just got back from Badspot's house in Oregon (it's why I've been off the forums for a few days). I was there to appeal a ban he had made so that I could come back on the forums. Unfortunately, he wasn't home so I went around back and saw his basement hatch open. Curious, I went down and quickly closed the hatch doors behind me. When I walked down the long flight of stairs, there a huge vault door with a keypad. I guessed a bunch of numbers and surprisingly, '1337' worked. When it opened there was robotics equipment and computers strewn everywhere. I heard him unlocking his door at the surface and realized that I had made a burglar out of myself. Quickly, I snatched a bunch of documents off of his desk and ripped out a usb from the nearest computer. I'm currently cracking the usb's encryption right now but here is a high-res scan of one of the documents.

It's the original Blockhead plans! From what was in his lab, it looks as if he's trying to create a blockhead in real life... When I get time to scan more images and crack the usb's encryption I'll post more of the stolen content. Now that you know what went down, be sure to not tell Badspot. I don't want to get in any legal trouble.

Oh, and one more thing: I also found .ai and .svg files from the partially cracked usb stick. I made a wallpaper out of it as well. If you want to see how the above image was made, want to modify it, or get the wallpaper you can download all of the files here. Stay classy; ddc out. Stay posted for more!

Sorry but actual technical drawings contain signatures and dates..

wow he is some kind of evil genius!

It's cool and all, but the Blockhead parts are the wrong shape and that kills the illusion for me. The feet are good, but the hands are too long and shoulders are too flat. Also, the shoulders have little tabs that extend into those sockets in the body.

This is Mark II. I guess the hands were extended and the shoulders were flattened in this new version. Our version doesn't have a spine either.

what really messed it up is the left face,

thats the one you put on RTB without the headband -.-

It does though?

is this just a joke thread?

I saw that, but that contradicts what the op says.
