Oh I should've put developers instead of producers, sorry.
You're missing the important questions. You've also forgot to ask yourself a few important questions.

And also, I'm going to use the Torque Engine instead of Unity.

Do either of you have any coding experience?
He answered this in the OP. He probably wants to learn with other people.

Do you know what you want to make?
When he gets more people he'll probably want to come up with ideas with us.

If you're going to develop a game, you need to know some stuff lol. It's nothing you can whip into. Even I'm still learning stuff.

imo it's best to start by yourself.

I'd help you but I'm there are specific reasons I deal with the artsy stuff.

Also I like getting paid for my work.

Hey look a kid who thinks he can make a game. When he is looking for a team, he means people who can make it for him while he just gives the ideas.

This pretty much.

Just another kid who thinks that making a game is easy.

:/ I'm sad to see that you guys are interfering with my opinions, I don't think making a game is easy. It takes time, work, and the an experience to do so.

I don't think that it's easy and I don't just decide ideas! I make the game, I make the scenery, I make the mountains, the hills, the gui, and the HUD.

My friends do the rest.

I'd personally recommend Unity with it's amazing workflow and ease of use.

Post examples of your work, details about what was done/who did it/how long it took, how you went about planning for it, etc.

If you can prove to me that you are functional, then I will be far more interested.
