Error message when i go to my pictures

Here when i try to go to my pictures it does this :

This should work:

C:\Users\<Username>\My Pictures

my pictures is the in the pictures file....

It's the same thing.
 
going straight to My Pictures is the same thing as going to
C:\Users\<Username>\My Pictures

Libraries are amazing! Really I love them.

OP, it says to delete the Pictures library (this does not delete the pictures), and then create a new Pictures library and add the picture folders to it.
