Yes. If I was in his situation, stuff would happen. Serious stuff.

Just don't blast out in rage, times will be better as you move out your home, just be patient.

Hide money / say you don't have any?

I try not to, driving and playing guitar are normally how I vent but I feel like stuff and can't do either one.

you can do little things. You ever home alone? Break little things.  Open research on you little brother's PC and tell your parents you found it like that. Make sure they are never comfortable.

Tempting, but I feel like they would link it to me... I would have no business being on his computer, and where would he have heard of research :/ he literally has no interest in love at all, which seems to be common for an autistic teen.
It'd be nice if I could figure out how to block him from YouTube without my dad being able to figure out the problem.

Do not give your brother any attention in any way. When he does something stuffty and it's brought to your parents, present your side maturely and without whining. If they tell you to ignore it, tell them it has never worked and that's why you're back.

Stop giving your brother attention, stop lending your mom money, and get a job

wow that solved all your problems

Sounds like you need to craft an elaborate plan where your little brother is fully paralyzed from the neck down and your mother believes she is at fault. I can provide the manpower, but somebody else will have to supply the automatic weapons and pipe bombs.
In all seriousness, you do need to do something about this, but you need to decide that yourself. I would recommend this site for inspiration. http://www.thepayback.com/
EDIT:
What is his steam name?
