why would you need 32gb of RAM

are you planning to host ~25 blockland servers?

the most you'll ever need is 16GB, and it'll stay like that for years

You might swap out the i7 for an i5, the power difference shouldn't make too much of a difference outside of a few games (Arma 2 IIRC) and compiling stuff.

And 32 GB is over kill like Silicon said.

I would recommend a PSU with the 80+ mark either corsair, ocz or coolermaster

Ok I did that

Crusial or Corsair?

I haven't heard much about Crusial, but I hear Corsair PSU's are good.

you dont need a sound card

Honestly I got my computer for under 800 and it runs games flawlessly so I think it's be pretty easy to get it under $1000

Your 560 sucks? You don't have a 560 then.

It sucks because the other stuff I have in this computer are terrible and slows the performance.

you probably dont need a cpu cooler either. Use the money youre saving to get a better graphics card

Did you not read?
I said I am going to SLI the GTX560

That's a huge waste of money. SLI isn't really worth it unless you don't care about cost to performance, and on top of that it's old technology.

Actually it gets the same performance as a 670 when it has SLI

Can you clarify?  Is it broken?  Or just not good enough on its own?

Because two 560s is roughly around a single GTX 580.  A GTX 670 is better than a 580.

I threw together this part list for you.  It keeps most of the same stuff, i.e. keyboard, case, dvd drive, OS, etc. but instead of 32 GB of RAM, it's now only 8 (because seriously you don't even need more than 8).  Swapped another mobo in too because typically Intel ones are okay but they're not the best.  Same processor/cooler.  Also threw in a GTX670 (which you can overclock to reach GTX680 performance).
