Should NPCS be added to the game? In survival camps? They wouldn't give quests but they would be agressive to people who have attacked them in the past and would keep an area clear of zombies.

Yes, having NPCs patrol areas and have basic interactions would be good.
No, it should only depend on players.

Also, that guy who said Winterbite, Winterbite is a piece of stuff already.
It was good at first, but the guy slowly killed by first removing zombies, denying players left and right to factions, and sort of locking the RP so if you were not in it before, you cant get in now.
Besides i was never notified of testing session times.

I decided to add a hunter class as one of the main options. They start with some food but not nearly as much as the farmer. They have the same sword as the military class, and two throwing spears that drop on impact. They also spawn with a bag of rocks that do small amounts of damage (5 damage, 10 if to the head.) but can overwhelm players. They will hardly have any effect if the player is wearing armour though.

The hunter class has no armour, so it can chase players down. It can also use the spears to do a large amount of damage to the players in an ambush, or barrage them with rocks while they run away. This means it is good for a bandit-like player who wants to kill people.

I am making sure all the weapons have high drop rates so they can't shoot far. I don't want snipers in this. They are annoying.

This means the current classes are Military, Farmer, Doctor, Hunter.

No, no, no, Zealot, what are you doing? Hunter should be lightly armored using leather armor, an ax, and a bow and have a lot of food at the start.
Having armour would ruin the point of being a Hunter. Axes don't exist in North, adding a lot of food to it would ruin farmer, and hopefully he will have a weaker bow in the future but at the moment the only bow we have is very powerful.

Zealot put some much balance into this it's amazing!
