My Internet is so slow it takes 5 minutes to load youtube videos, even at 240p, I can't even load half of the images on the forum without it cutting out and it's starting to piss me off.

I have been getting some moderately bad winds, but we've had winds like this before and the Internet was never slow, what's wrong with it? ;_;
Oh and fun fact: it took 10 minutes to upload them images.
