Iirc when spock's account was broken into it was banned and Spock just started a new account. That was also before keys were required but I don't see badspot just giving away $20

Well badspot didn't return TomtheGeek's account (I think who it was) but that was a different matter. If Blockland Forums got hacked and account were stolen then i guess he SHOULD give them new accounts.
