Badspot said he just removed that feature. I changed my password using my old password.

Badspot probably just checked to see who recently asked for a password reset on the accounts in question, found the guy, and knows who it is that way.

Either way, the people who're still worried shouldn't be.

Step one: Stop freaking out. You're posting 24/7 about this. Nothing wrong with taking precautionary measures, I did a system scan earlier, but you don't need to panic. Badspot has already done some stuff to prevent this from happening again, he's handling the situation. Be calm, mang.
