Pretty sure if there is any kind of IRC App on a phone, you can connect to the RTB IRC. I assume you can do this considering that you don't need RTB to use it's IRC, and you can connect to it from almost any IRC program.

What in the world are you talking about? There are plenty of messaging apps on iOS, of course something like this would work. There's no reason it shouldn't.

IIRC, RTB is no longer based on IRC and instead uses it's own system as of v4.

Was a joke, poking fun at iPhone not allowing apps to do things to your phone or install apps from unknown sources without a jailbreak.
If someone is willing to make it for both, go for it.
