I agree with the people who think that we should only have default music and its remixes because these are just songs that aren't default and you are saying how he build is default so the music should be as well.

I somehow doubt that
the dance floor is a 32x32 plate with rainbow fx on it!
The tables are obviously duplicated
The walls are 12x1x5 bricks
the spawn area is long a row of red spawn bricks outside on some green 64x64 plates with trees slapped on them.

If this is any indication of the truth I'd like to come in and work on the build.

If I AM going to be the DJ I'm going to need to make some custom music.  None of that Kalphiter's music pack crap. :\  Send me a list of songs and I can convert them into 30 second pieces.  Stringing them together with events should be a cinch.
