He's being a bit immature and spammy, but I don't think he's too far over the top, sadly.

He really doesn't get how to behave just yet, and as with a lot of new young members, he doesn't know when he should use the emotes, and how annoying they can be when overdone.

I know I've certainly hit the emotes in a large row before.
Maybe someone should send him a PM advising him a bit on how to better behave.
If he continues on he might be a problem, but he'll probably catch on if he sees that people don't like what he is doing.



Also, the first quote you've posted is his absolute very first post.
A lot of people's first posts are this bad.
