As far as I can tell, it makes the player see through the lens of a brick, like in the end of the round on Badspot's server.

Badspot is just kicking ass and taking names with these new ideas of his.
But I really hope he fixes up terrain bricks. I hate how they forget up bricks and especially how the sloped ones can't be shot through at some angles and parts.
