Author Topic: Skinny to Buff Journey (2 month progress) 10lb+ gain!  (Read 6840 times)

I was lazy my whole summer. I recently got back into lifting. Trying to get swole by this summer and hopefully put on even more weight by next football season, since my lazy ass quit football last season. Let's go.

Me, halfway through summer. Weighing in at probably 128lbs I'd say. I'm with the gray hat and black shirt.

Horrible flexing pose,I know, but yo you can see my upper body getting bigger. Don't assume chicken legs either, squats are a love/hate relationship.

Fat people lug around a stuff down of weight every day by just walking, so I bet your calves are pretty massive. Burn fat and forget bitches.

That's buff? forget me, I must be ripped.

no
Thank god. I don't work out anywhere near hard enough to be ripped.

Here's my two-cents. If you wanna get big fast and keep it on, go for lighter weights and higher reps. Milk, meat, nuts and fruit. Protein shake and 10 minutes of off and on sprints before every workout. Put on 20 lbs in about the same time as you with this, but my hgh is through the roof. I'm much more of an endurance guy so I get a quick 6 minute mile in and then get a 5k after the workout(exception is leg days, forget those). Oh and make sure you split your workout between muscle groups.

Thank you for leaving those as links.

Congratulations!

You would now make a more appetizing meal for things that would want to eat you!
Yay!

Humans and other hominid species make universally terrible prey for carnivores. We really aren't that useful nutrition-wise. It also doesn't help that we have guns.

You didn't catch the notion that what I was referring to does not come from our planet.
