I doubt they would go after Badspot or other mods directly.
If you notice, they seem to target things that popular or are in use frequently.
They sent a warning with the accounts, and RTB is probably the first in a long line of events.
With RTB, they effectively cut off in-game communication for the most part. THey also could be using this as a diversion, and then do something else.
