So all your other devices connected works?
If so, make sure all your settings on you're Xbox are correct, and see if possibly Xbox's networks are down.

All our other connected devices work. My laptop, my mum's laptop, and her phone. I have checked the Xbox settings they are all correct, and how do I check if Xbox's networks are down?

The thing is, we aren't able to change it. Neither of us know how. And it's mum, not mom. Atleast for me it is.
well, I'm not British.

well, I'm not British.

Neither am I, I'm Australian. It's just because we were a British colony a long time ago.

Perhaps your Xbox might not be compatible with your router for some reason.
Though I would contact Microsoft like physcomutt suggested and see if they can help.

yeah. also, let your mom know.

yeah. also, let your mom know.

She already knows that my xbox doesn't connect.

I had this same problem a while ago, what I did to fix it was have my dad input the wireless network MAC Address for the Xbox into our routers wireless device connections.

Maybe try that?

Could you explain how to do that, in a step-by-step manner?
Also, I tried Microsoft Customer Support, they were no help.
