Most of my unorganised things are random stuffty files and folders moved there, while I was pissing around with Minecraft servers, trying to get them to work.
Other than that though, and I suppose the few random desktop things my computer started with (most of the things on the left, like eBay and user's guide), are things I use regularly, and tend to be shortcuts to programs.
So, I can use them rather quickly without problem. And I don't really need the desktop to be neat. I don't spend ages staring at it. :P
My most common programs are easily accessible on my desktop, like games, are pinned to my taskbar, like Skype and Firefox, or are quickly available in hidden icons on my taskbar, like Hamachi or my Rainmeter.
Above is very neat, but rather boring.
And the random little mp3, technically isn't organised. :3
