My question still stands. (I'd really like to know)
Given the track record of GTA and PC, I'd say yes.

Guys, I tried doing that steam "Set launch options" thing to remove those console limits on GTA IV, but it's all still the same, it still runs pretty slow
For some reason this didn't work for me.

ATI Radeon HD 3200
AMD Phenom(tm) 8450e Triple-Core Processor (3 CPUs) ~2.1GHz
pageloss, plus everybody seems to be ignoring me on this.

While it hasn't been confirmed yet, most likely, yes.

Yay.
I better get to upgrading a PC to a decent point.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think your CPU and GPU are good enough to begin with, and the tweaks probably won't help because of that.

i really hope the military will be in it this time

I have a question, so I'm starting to get games by Rockstar Games I have GTA SA and Bully and I'm getting RDR for my birthday I also want to get GTA IV but I don't know.  should I wait for GTA V to come out or just get GTA IV?

get gtaIV, it's cheap and fun and lasts a while, and i love RDR but you can blaze through that game. GTA4 has some replayability even if it's just forgetin' around, though so does RDR.

Speaking of GTA IV, Anyone want to play? Just add me on steam and we can make a party. http://steamcommunity.com/id/duckman1229/

it's been entirely confirmed, they're just releasing it 6 months - a year after the console releases.

GTA V Gameplay Video tomorrow at 10AM EST.

Gameplay videos. Like what they did with Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3, showing off new mechanics in the game and stuff. They'll probably show off and explain the character switching mechanic tomorrow.
