Drugs For New Gamemode

Hello fellow home slices! I'm kinda new at this but I propose a new idea. DRUGS. Yes it may seem a bit immature or stupid but I want to create a Game-mode where Drug lords, have to somehow get by authorities to get the drugs to the other side of a big obstacle, like the Mexican border or a variety of buildings or something along those lines. Now Some of you are probably saying "Just use the flags from capture the flag pack" but that doesn't capture the whole theme! And if anyone would like to work on the game-mode with me that would be swell!
