Temporary Chat Module - Command List in OP

While RTB is currently being fixed, I am at loss as there aren't any means of contact with god damn anyone. I feel like the only way to talk to people now is actually going on servers when I don't even want to play the servers I just want to talk. So I devised this mod. It's pretty neat, it's a really simple chat module I made. Not much else to say.

Command List (there will be more in the future) (each of these start with a /)
me - you know what this does
online - current users online
stats - statics (just for me)
ban - bans a user (i can only use, but just so you know)

you think it's joking?
it really authenticates against the authentication server.
try sending it a fake name, it will say couldn't auth.

Can't really see the logic behind making a temporary replacement that uses the same mechanism which has broken RTB for the past week or so, but ok.
