I don't take kindly to people grouping me with socially inept jackasses just because they feel the need to use a word more "complex" than idiot or moron.
If you feel so obligated to be extravagant with your vocabulary then use a word such as imbecile instead of indirectly insulting people who aren't even involved with the person you're insuting

autistic people usually can't function socially and seem like total weirdos when socializing. being autistic is negative, no one WANTS to be autistic, therefore people use it as an insult. same deal with other insults, no one wants to be a pile of stuff, or stupid, or a cunt.
