Quantum clearly said that there will be no pre-order on steam because it already exist here on official site so its useless to bring it to steam.

Forget the idea of me pre-ordering it.

There is no excuse for them not to put it there.

you mean to say that you don't have a paypal account, or any method of paying them through the options they have available, so therefore you won't pre-order?

i guess it's your choice, man, because the game will still be $15 when it's released, but i don't see why you would prefer it to be on steam first anyways.

use google checkout it only took me a couple minutes, it's quick and easy....

well tbh they're all easy i just used google checkout because paypal wasn't working for me :/

If he's anything like me, he doesn't own his own credit card and his parents dont trust online purchases, so he's forced to use steam cards for online purchases, limiting him to only being able to purchase from steam.
