Although it is stated as a goal, I feel like that is a really cool feature that they would implement anyway, whether at release, or as an update post-release. Idk though, what do you guys think.

I remember reading that races will have affects in various things. Like the Avians can get wings that glide for longer than other races. Hylotls have special underwater breathing capabilities and stuffs.

yes, i would imagine so, although last i've heard Tiy was speculating on it himself.
i know it's confirmed that the way players interact with npcs are affected by what race they are, so i'm pretty sure.
