I figured the wall thing out right after I accidentally ripped the spaceship door off.

I explored the surface of my first planet and to my disappointment I only found some mushroom chests with blueprints for mushroom furniture and a few scattered, lone Florans that only had one thing to say

I was going to go further but I got attacked by a flamethrower bird that knocked me off a hill to my death
