Is this game worth buying?

No it is not. The game in this state is very incomplete and it shows. If you really want to play an incomplete game then go ahead, but if you're expecting "Terraria in space" then this is not that. The only fun I've had with it is with friends, so if you don't have anyone else to play it with you will get bored very quickly.

Wait for a full release, if it ever comes.

The current state of a game is very unfinished. Rushed just to have placeholder content as they develop the game, and, more than likely to get early-access sales.
If you look at all the promised content that they've said to come, then yes it would be worth a buy. But of course, what if things change? What if things simply don't happen? Be the better man and wait.

like they should actually move around at least slightly instead of just being insanely stiff
especially when you aren't wearing any clothing.

although that's a low priority thing, but it would be cool to have :)

actually, with how small the sprites in this game are, it would look very silly to give the females boob animations. imo the breasts are already exaggerated, but i can understand exaggerating them to get the point across that it's a female character.

also it should be noted that with good support, tits don't really jiggle when you walk. they only really move dramatically if you have a very large cup size, but not everyone is over a D cup. really, the average cup size is around a B and those don't jiggle too much when you've got a bra on.

so really, boob physics when running would be kind of really unnecessary.

It all depends. My computer lags on anything higher than minimum for Blockland shaders, but can run+host Starbound just fine. Yet my friend's computer is much more powerful than mine, runs any game just fine, but lags on Starbound.
