Author Topic: Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit 2, and why it is my childhood.  (Read 401 times)

Every once in a while, when I was young, I would take a break from being outside in the hot/cold weather, and hop on the computer. I have never even heard of the internet at the time, when my mind was young. The one game that I would play ALL the time on there, was NFS: HP2. My brother and I had progressed very far in the game, and I can remember the ending of a race, just this one though, it was on a Fall like map, and there was a hill in the road, and I was driving a red Mercedes Benz, and the race stopped right when I was in the air.

But then, the computer had a fatal harddrive error, which removed all our progress, and the game did not work anymore.

Funny because i just found my disk for this. It's still fun as hell.

I had Hot Pursuit 1, and would play the HELL out of the police campaign, even if it was 2 player, I would always choose the cops, the only time I raced was to unlock the police cars.

I only like need for speed or the bodykits and customising
