i said that therapy is completely pointless for me because when i went all that happened was my mom talked to the therapist for like an hour and i just sat there because i couldn't talk to the therapist anyway

Never had to go through any kind of therapy. When I had some minor depression and substantial anxiety I had some medication for a while, but I'm pretty much all good now.
