I'm not sure if this is already made however, I was thinking of something where on the blockland and age of time forums, An administrator/Moderator can revoke the users ability to make topics, It could possibly prevent unecessary spam topics.

Yes, It was mainly an idea where as a result of making a useless thread, Instead of banning them, Deleting the thread and revoking the users ability to make topics.

I had an idea similar to this, but it would be so that a certain person could no longer post in a certain topic.

too harsh, why not banned from making topics in a board (would help alot with community projects)
