Please make mod that let you build on anyone's blocks regardless trust privileges if you're Super Admin (i.e. as if that person would give you full trust). Of course other people shouldn't be able to build on your bricks unless you give them trust.

set bricks lose ownership from -1 to 1 and after 1 minute with a client leaving, you should be able to do stuff on their bricks

would have to be server sided if you wanted to see it on that server.
