We should ask badspot about this. Have you tried putting your 590 back in and seeing if theirs a difference?

The 590 was accidently destroyed when failing to install an upgrade, which then was my main reason to get a whole new pc

I think so but I saved the map and loaded it in singleplayer with only default addons and it still was laggy.

I think your GPU just might be defective, make sure its installed all of the way in the slot correctly if it is I would see if you can return it.
