stop doing situps they're really bad for your back

anyways here is me seeing as posting this is justified for once :D


I'm on a split routine right now, working out 5 times a week :)

I can curl about 40 pounds at max, usually I curl 33 :)
40 pounds is not much at all. benching bars weigh 45 usually, so if you can't curl that then that's pretty sad.

17.5-20kg dumbbells each hand. That's what I do. I can curl a benching bar, I've done it before but it's kinda for benching so I don't see why I would ever need to do that.

i try to work out but it's hard
