Lol! Do you do handstand pushups?

i do 2 push ups before i pass out

Can't keep my balance at all sometimes, haha

I can do them, but I'm terrified of falling on somebody/something. I just do 100-150 regular pushups and be done with it. I don't do them all at once, of course. 10-40 then rest for a minute

Balance with your hands, man! Shifting the weight between your palms stabilizes you. And you can always do them against a wall :P

Lol yeah they're probably the same amount of work, but ya look pretty badass doing them :P

That is somewhat vague - what kind of physique are you going for exactly? Lift 20 pounds doing what? You need to account all this different stuff. Within the first two months of training you will see progress almost regardless of the sort of exercise you're doing. Try slow and work your way up through intensity. 60 bicycle crunches, 5 pull-ups and 30 pushups a day would probably fit your body quite well.

Loads of videos of them on youtube, target your abdominals and are great to do

come to think of it, i had quite an awful body 7 months ago its embarrassing to reflect upon lol
defo take progress pictures if you're thinking of taking it serious
