Author Topic: A few add-on questions about the steam version.  (Read 1904 times)

1. Will add-ons work on the steam version?
2. If 1st is yes, will downloading the steam version delete the blockland files if we downloaded blockland normally before?
3. If 2nd is yes, does it use the same folders? (ex. the blockland folder in My Documents.)
4. Will I be able to download add-ons through steam workshop?
That is it.

We are not getting on steam, enough with this stuff.

It will most likely still use the launcher and create a folder in Documents for everything like normal. I doubt that there will be workshop support, or at least at first. No it wont delete your currently existing stuff seeing as it will most likely use the same exact launcher.

Uhhh last I heard we were pretty high in the ratings for getting into greenlight. So I would say that either this next greenlight (26th?), or the one after that we'll be getting in.

We will eventually.

We will eventually.
Unless Valve cuts Greenlight before we do.

That'd be a real bucket of ostrich droppings, I tell you what.

Last batch has Blockland in it, but Greenlight gets cut right before Blockland and everything else gets released.
All the games that were to go on Steam go on Origin instead.

Dear god no, just loving no.

Also Blockland isn't getting on steam, its just an alternative to buy on steam instead of the website.
It still runs like normal Blockland, no steam overlay, no workshop, just plain Blockland.

No, I highly doubt there would be Steam Workshop when theres a perfectly good RTB right here.

We don't need to anyways with you around to supply funding!

I think it would have the overlay since it's being launched from Steam
