It's caused by the dumb narrow-minded stubborn x religion that give all other x religion a bad name and the people who are equally as dumb, narrow-minded, and stubborn whose beliefs conflict with the aforementioned x religion follower's. Not specifically atheist.

Things like this are what's holding humanity back. I may not be entirely nihilist, however this is the main occasion where I truly believe the person's life has no intrinsic value. The would would benefit if these people had never existed.
