Really? I'm about five pounds above you and I am not called fat.

I usually sit at the computer, but I do Tae Kwon Do 2 times a week.

I'm fit in a healthy work out routine and physical shape context, yes.

My diet could use some work though.

I'm 14, weigh 145, and am roughly 5'4" - 5'6"

How the hell are you 6'3 and only 140?

5'10" 143 on a strict diet of wheaties and bull shark testosterone. You could say I'm pretty fit.

I eat decent I guess, I prefer to snack instead of having meals with my family.
I am no where near fat, but I am not incredibly scrawny, not much muscle.
I can socialize with people well, but I don't really enjoy it.
