I have a somewhat health diet
I work out every day
I'm not active too much, I sit at home alot...

5'6 125
i run and work out every day (almost every day)
fatter and shorter than me

Yeah, I'm 140 but I'm still lean. It usually has to do with how tall people are.

There was one point where I could run a 5k in 21 minutes. I'll start training for that in the summer.
