OP:

Far Cry 3, Black Ops II, and Tomb Raider 2013 will definitely not work on your laptop because your laptop isn't powerful enough.

Newer Valve games like Portal 2, Left 4 Dead 2 and Counter-strike Global Offensive will probably lag.

Halo 2 PC and Simcity 3000 will definitely run fine however.

Actually all of them will run, but at terrible framerates.

You're also handicapped.  If you don't know anything about computers/software stop giving advice.  Simcity 3000 is an old as forget game and will run on anything for forgets sake.

My old laptop with an i7 and a Radeon HD 5650 could run black ops on max without lag so your computer should run it on at least medium.
