Someone kept scratching against one of those holographic things and it pissed me way off. I'm talking like, smash someones head into a desk mad.

it isn't a mental condition. like really, do you actually believe that?
Did you even watch the video? It's a legitimate diagnosed condition that people have. My nerves get irked whenever it's triggered. Things that are not usually annoying in the slightest trigger this. It is not just low tolerance.
Disliking the sound of someone quietly chewing gum should not be enough to ever put someone into tears and yet this has happened to me on several occasions. If you don't believe me, fine. But don't just act like it's silly and post without any legitimate arguments.

"I DON'T LIKE THIS NOISE SO I WANT ALL OF YOU TO CHANGE FOR ME. ME ME ME."
I don't want anybody to change and tbh nobody else should either. Most of the time it's things that aren't annoying that bother me the most, which is why I know it wouldn't be fair. Now if someone is eating with their mouth open, talking with their mouth full, that wouldn't hurt to change.. lol

Well gee, if you're aware you have a problem...

See a loving psychiatrist and quit bitching.

1. It's not a psychological problem, it's a nervous condition. You can't just train yourself to stop
2. I'm not complaining, I just made the topic so that people can discuss it. Honestly it's an interesting thing that can drum up interesting conversation. If anything I'm annoyed at people for accusing me of being overdramatic or wrong about this.

Because seeing a psychiatrist is always the answer right?

Not always. But it'll keep people with "mental issues" away from the Internet long enough for everyone else to enjoy it.

The only one here with an issue is you and your incapability to understand what Misophonia is

I'm fairly certain that everyone has a "mental issue" one way or another.

Speak for yourself. Mysteroo isn't really bothering anyone hear except for you (and psychomutt some-what) from what I've seen.

okay. a 'legitimate' argument.

this isn't a real condition, and here is why: everyone gets annoyed by things, you can be annoyed by certain noises, and not even notice other ones.

like, if you've always hated a certain food. that isn't a condition, that's just hating a certain food that you've hated for your whole life.

it's the same thing here except some dumb lady hates the sound of chewing.

Yes, but you can also change your favorite foods.
This is the inability to ignore certain sounds.

Listen, you are a kid, you know nothing about things like this. You have done incredibly handicapped things before and you want to start an argument with someone who is far more intelligent than you talking about a common mental lapse.

Just stop arguing and leave him alone. You're making yourself look like a total idiot.
