Can't Open Steam Games - Fixed

Every time I try to play a game on steam, it loads, but then just closes right away. I was able to play games just fine yesterday and  haven't downloaded anything new since then.
Before this started happening I tried running TF2 and this error.

I restarted steam and it fixed it.
This happens with all steam games, not just valve games.

Any idea on how to fix this?

I meant that error didn't show up again.

This was happening to other games I tried to open, not just on steam so I restarted my computer and it got fixed.
