Just recorded this, you can do this in the alpha. It's great fun.

This is one of the first games to feature open world scuba diving capabilities. You can literally hop on a boat, drive out to the ocean and jump off, and dive down to the sea floor and explore.

never pay attention to the minimum requirements

if you play a game because your each the minimum requirements, you will be able to play it at 640x840 resolution on lowest settings with 20 fps
