I was watching the Japanese "Kirby: Right Back At Ya!" with english subtitles, and there was quite a lot of swearing. I believe I saw the word 'bitch' in one of the episodes or something like that, but mostly it's ass, crap, damn, and hell. Still had the japanese equivalent of a TV-Y7 IIRC.

yeah, aren't there japanese swear words that have different meanings depending on the strength of how you say it?

Propaganda's hard to broadcast when your demographic can't afford the technology to view it

It's funny how children are quite usually exposed to swearing by their parents, but everybody is worried about TV shows.
