I need to know:

How so make a button to close the dialog (the window)

How to set the text to display a live value set by VCE event's, checking whats on the user's client

thats about it i think

Skip the first part of his tutorial.
Instead, place this add-on in your add-ons folder, then your gui editor is ready to go with f10.

GUI's are matter of coding. Its like coding in .cs, but you code in a GUI file. The things that are mostly in there are the dimensions and such. Slayer gamemode has A LOT of these GUI's, set in a nice little GUI folder.

Except you don't write the .gui files yourself.
And if you want to see lots of gui code, go lurk some RTB files...

For closing the GUI, do canvas.popDialog(yourGUI);

A graphic code generator is a program your you physicly construct your program and  it creates the code for you so you dont have to. its much easyer.

But you're ruining the server if you put VIP stuff.
