Graphics look somewhat different if you look close enough.
(The first person in the teaser kinda looked like john shepard to me at least)
Kinda excited, but at the same time quite worried because of new ownership due to THQ's downfall.
Hopefully they don't mess this up.

It didn't read as a joke to me, it read as terrible.

Maybe I haven't played enough of the games to get the mentality of the series...but I was encouraged to learn more or want to play.

I never really enjoyed the SR series.  They were always plagued with metric forgettons of bugs that were often game-breaking. 
Vehicle and weapon customization is extremely limited and way too straightforward, and some of the special weapons are hyped up excessively even though they are usually handicapped by a ridiculous overheat system that took way too long to cooldown.  And the DLC broke the game entirely and often made my PS3 crash.

I have never played a game more broken and limited than this.

SR2 > SR3 in terms of things you can do, and the plot, and the city

however SR3 did basically everything else better

really hoping SR4 gets it right this time.

according to duh gameinformer the protagonist is playing a simulation

wtf thats like saying "After the events in Saints Row the Third, The Protagonist decides to head back home to his mother's basement and play Ultima VII" i mean rly this isnt assassins creed!!!!1
