The .gif must be 75x75.

OT:
Use a site like http://tinypic.com/ or http://imgur.com/ and modify the image so it's only 75 pixels by 75 pixels (which should show up as 75x75, however on tiny pic it's something like 75x125. This will still work.)

Find the .gif you want, save it to whatever folder you want, make sure the file saves as a .gif...

lol if that's what your asking anyways.
